Izma Technologies is a young software and AI company in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We build Izma Office, train AI models on custom data, and run AI quality control on a factory floor. But handing over software is the easy part. What we care about is whether it actually makes your business better, so we help you implement it, improve it, and earn real value from it.

Delivery is where our job starts
Plenty of vendors install a system and move on to the next sale. We don't think a project is done until it's paying for itself.
Implement
We set it up inside your operation with you: moving your data across, configuring it around how your team really works, training the people who'll use it, and being there on go-live day.
Improve
The first version is never the last. We watch how it gets used, listen to what gets in the way, and keep adjusting workflows, reports and models until it fits.
Earn real value
We agree up front what success means for you: days to close the books, hours saved, defects caught, a model that scores better. Then we keep working until those numbers move.

The impact we're after
Too many businesses in Bangladesh still run their finances on spreadsheets, closing the books a week late and filing VAT by hand. Too many AI projects everywhere stall because the model never saw the right data. Both problems are fixable, and fixing them properly, one client at a time, is the impact we want to make on the sectors we work in.
